If you purchased a product manufactured by Unibrain S.A. (our parent company), you can contact Unibrain S.A. Technical Support by phone or email. Our standard office hours are 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard and Central European Time Zones. If you contact us via email Unibrain’s technical support staff will respond within 24 hours.
