At the Unibrain Store, you can place your order online, by telephone, or by fax. Payment options include credit card, purchase order, wire transfer, money order, and personal check. See below for details on each payment option.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
The Unibrain Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and the Discover card. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped.
Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawls on your card. The Unibrain Store reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail or fax. We will charge account when we ship your order.
Our US office accepts purchase orders from businesses, schools, and government offices in the United States, North and South America and Asia. Terms are Net 30 and must include shipping charges. To set up a purchase order account please contact our sales staff.
Our European office accepts purchase orders from businesses, schools, and government offices in Europe. Terms are Net 30 and must include shipping charges. To set up a purchase order account please contact our sales staff.
Our US and European offices accept payment by wire transfer. For information about initiating a wire transfer, please contact our sales staff.
Money Orders and Personal Checks
We accept money orders from both United States and international banks. You will need to contact our Customer Service department to complete your order.
Our US office accepts checks from U.S. banks and can accept checks from international banks if the payment is in U.S. funds and the order exceeds $100 (US dollars). Our European office accepts checks drawn on US and international banks in U.S. funds or the Euro regardless of the amount.
This payment method is considerably slower than using a credit card. To place your order, please contact our sales staff. If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped once we receive your check and after we receive a confirmation that your check has cleared (typically up to 15 business days).
Pricing / Billing Questions
Prices on the Unibrain Store are noted in US dollars and the Euro and are subject to change at any time. If your purchase was in the Euro, the exchange rate will be based on the date the transaction was processed.

Sales & VAT
If you reside in the state of California, you will be charged applicable sales tax. To be exempt from California sales tax you must fax documentation for your exemption to our US office and contact our sales staff to place your order.
If you reside outside of California, you will not be charged sales tax.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
If you reside in Europe and your country is a member of the European Community you can qualify for a VAT exemption if you provide us with a valid VAT number. Otherwise, 24% VAT will be added to the cost of your purchase.
