Occasionally, we realize that you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Returns

You have 15 days to return merchandise from the date you receive it to receive a full refund on the item(s) (minus shipping costs),
provided that merchandise is unopened and in its original condition. Any merchandise returned after the 15 days, or in unsellable condition or with missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee.
You must obtain an Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to sending the merchandise back, please see below for information on how to obtain an RMA#.

Defective items

Defective items will be eligible for return, repair or exchange. You must obtain an Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to sending the merchandise back, please see below for information on how to obtain an RMA#.

Please note that if you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support or make arrangements to return the product for repair. In many cases, the manufacturer will be able to diagnose and resolve product concerns by email. For more information please contact us.

Delivery charges, and other services

If you are returning an item because of an error in order fulfillment on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your cost in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the cost of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase plus 10% restocking fees.

Shipping Information

We use UPS for our worldwide shipments. We offer also the ability to ship on the customer’s courier account service with UPS/FedEx/DHL, waving any shipping costs from the order

Our US office handles all shipping to North & South America along with Asian and Africa regions.

Customs

If you reside in Europe your shipment will be sent from our Greece office and there no customs involved for European Union countries.
If you reside in North/South America, Asia and Africa your shipment will be sent from our US office.

There is a possibility that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering online, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
