At the 1394 Store, we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally, we realize that you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Returns

You have 15 days to return merchandise from the date you receive it to receive a full refund on the item(s),
provided that merchandise is unopened and in its original condition. Any merchandise returned after the 15 days, or in unsellable condition or with missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee.
You must obtain an Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to sending the merchandise back, please see below for information on how to obtain an RMA#.

Note: Software downloaded and purchased from the 1394Store.com is not returnable.

Defective items

Defective items will be eligible for return, repair or exchange. You must obtain an Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to sending the merchandise back, please see below for information on how to obtain an RMA#.

Please note that if you have merchandise that is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support or make arrangements to return the product for repair. In many cases, the manufacturer will be able to diagnose and resolve product concerns by email. For more information please contact us.

Delivery charges, and other services

If you are returning an item because of an error in order fulfillment on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your cost in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the cost of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase plus 10% restocking fees.

To return an item:

You must obtain a Return Authorization number, RMA#, from our Customer Service department before a return will be accepted. Please refer to our contact page for Customer Service email and phone information.

Shipping Information

The 1394 Store uses Airborne Express for the United States and UPS or Standard Airmail for rest of the world shipments.

Our US office handles all shipping for North & South America via Airborne. For US residents, overnight and second business day air shipments are availablea along with a 2-5 business days Ground Delivery option.

Our European office handles all shipping for Europe & Asia via UPS Express Service or Standard Airmail service.

Customs

If you reside in Europe or Asia, your shipment will be sent from our Athens office (we are a member of the European Community). If you reside in North or South America your shipment will be sent from our US office.

There is a possibility that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from the 1394 Store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
